We’ve just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for a Strategic Program Lead, Segments & Solutions to join our motley crew of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.

About the role

You will be responsible for formulating the Zimpler strategy going forward, in relation to Segments & Solutions globally. You will in collaboration with your colleagues in the Strategy group, gather all the necessary industry knowledge when it comes to Payments and Fintech that will push Zimpler further on our exciting journey.

You will also be the liaison with other department in order to create new innovative products and solutions that will be the next Big Deal within payments.

Things you’ll be responsible for

  • Bring, analyse and create Industry Learning for Payments, A2A, Open Banking and Fintech 
  • Ability to lead small teams, deliver and delegate tasks 
  • Take an active part in all aspects of analysis and strategy formulation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, drive the Zimpler Strategy and Innovation forwards
  • Help articulate the Zimpler Vision to all levels of the organisation, and externally

    Things you are really good at

    • 5+ years of experience within Payments, preferably from Fintech in a strategic capacity
    • Experience of managing Internal Stakeholders at all levels (up to Board)
    • Communication and delivering learning
    • Team player able to operate in a flat structure 
    • Experience within Open Banking will be a big plus

      And you are definitely

      • Native like - fluent in written and spoken English
      • Social & Analytical
      • International mindset
