At this very moment we are in the middle of an exciting expansion phase and are looking for a People & Culture Manager that can help us grow.
Zimpler is growing like you wouldn’t believe, and we will onboard a bunch of talented people under the coming year at a pace best described as “brisk”. So, we need to ramp up our recruitment game and are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager who is especially skilled within recruitments.
You will be a part of the People & Culture team of now three people (growing to 5-6 coming months), and your role comprises two parts. One part is to be the dedicated P&C resource to specific teams and business areas. You will help the manager with all HR-related things. Onboarding, advice around employee related issues, well-being, labor laws and regulations, processes, development plans, salaries… You know the drill.
The second part of the role is to be our internal specialist for recruitment. You will create employer branding strategies together with marketing, as well as working on the recruitments together with each team manager. And improve the recruitment processes across all departments, plan and take part in events, meet-ups and other venues where we can scout for talent.
You will:
- Be the People & Culture resource to a team/business area and support the manager.
- Improve team building, engagement and culture according to the Zimpler values.
- Investigate competence needs and requirements for scaling up that team.
- Define and drive the recruitment strategy for specific business areas and teams, together with the hiring manger and all internal stakeholders.
- Be the driver of a number of recruitments within different competence areas.
- Meet a ton of people through both formal processes and spontaneous fikas.
- Come up with nifty ways that we can improve the candidate’s experience.
- Be an ambassador for Zimpler.
- Host and attend meetups, events, and whatever you think is the best hunting ground to find our next colleagues.
- Be on top of the latest research and benchmarks in employee engagement and recruitment methods and trends.

You have:
- An academic degree within Human resources or equivalent
- Solid experience as a recruiter or headhunter, in close collaboration with leaders.
- Experience from working within an HR/People & Culture team or department.
- Excellent communication skills, you speak and write flawless English and Swedish.
